Huarong Home: Cheapie Shopping Spree

As I was out shopping for more warmities (another fleece blanket, electric blanket, literal underpants, long sleeve PJ shirt), I stumbled upon our local version of the 99 Cents store!
I went on a lil' shopping spree and they had lots of stuff that I actually needed, and only at the cost of one to five kuai!

One Kuai Shopping Spree!

In total I spent 16 kuai, roughly $2 USD. Here's the tally:
- Rock'n'roll thermometer so's that I'll know exactly how freezing-ass cold it is! (1 kuai)
- Colorful thread for mending my poorly made Chinese clothes. (1 kuai)
- Strand of plastic chili peppers for decoration and to remind me of the spicy Hunanese. (1 kuai)
- "Buda Clock" will probably not help with my tardiness, but it's a start. (5 kuai)
- A single AA battery for above-mentioned clock. (1 kuai)
- Screwdriver set to fix things and stuff. (1 kuai)
- Orange "OK" hooks that I loved cause they're so fobilicious. (2 kuai)
- Adapter/extension cord for my new electric blanket and space heater. (4 kuai)

If any of ya'll wanna come visit me in Huarong, I promise that I'll take you there so that you can experience the same joy that I am feeling now. C'mon, rock'n'roll thermometer for Pete's sake!
